NTPEP operates through AASHTO's national headquarters in Washington, DC.  AASHTO employes three full-time employees to manage this program.

Your technical and administrative questions will be handled directly by the NTPEP Manager and the NTPEP Project Engineers. Their telephone consult hours are 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (ET), Monday through Friday.
